Used VW Westfalia Vanagon for sale in Sacramento , CA
Vehicle Description
I bought the van in 2013 from a lady who lived in San Francisco. In 2009 she had BusLab in Berkeley do the Subaru engine conversion. The engine is a 1994 2.2 L Subaru Legacy engine. I have all the paperwork for that work. The van also has a new transmission that was installed in 2017 by California Westys in San Diego. This van has been very well maintained.
New this year:
-Front brakes (new pads, rotors)
-Tires
-Front CV joint boot and axle replaced
-Transmission pan gasket
-Battery

Cons:
-Surface Rust
-A few dents
-One of the stove knobs broke off but I have a replacement knob from Go Westy. Still needs to be installed.
-The rearview mirror just recently broke but I have a new one from Go Westy. Still needs to be installed.
-The sink is leaking slightly so I bought the P-Trap Sink Drain Kit from Go Westy. Still needs to be installed.
-Valve cover gasket needs to be replaced.
-Gas leaks when filling the gas tank to the max, Bus lab says the fuel lines need to be replaced.
