Vehicle Description
Will need to be towed. I had a mechanic out here and it starts and moves but no brakes. Emergency brake cable is locked up so it was disconnected. Brake pedal goes to the floor. Wheel cylinders leaking in rear. Not sure what else it may need for brakes. Someone who knows how to work on this baby can triple their money or have a sweet converted van.
Clean title in hand. Pick up in Jupiter Farms.
