Body Shell . Reinforced windshield fiberglass frame including pillars, rear glass fiberglass surround with steel tubing attached to custom reinforced chassis seat frame, removable reinforced and modified TARGA TOP incorporating all original fiberglass top and doors. Providing additional head and leg room. Will need fiberglass repair and additional modifications to faulty design issues, all work will be performed by us.

Chassis. Has been media cleaned inspected, center section has been removed and replaced due to excessive rust, insert panel is upgraded with ticker gauge steel for additional strength, complete chassis assembly was placed in jig and all necessary welding and fabrication was performed making sure all front suspension pickup points, rear radius arm points are correct and within factory specifications.

Also included in package is our custom designed driver /passenger seat frame support, providing additional mounting points to chassis increasing the structural integrity and safety necessary for a very bad design. A must for anyone considering getting into a Europa over 150 lbs.

All items have been disassembled inspected media cleaned ready for assembly.

* Complete rebuilt drive train conversion for Europa S2, replacing the antiquated under powered and weak Renault engine / trans axle, we have designed an alternative complete engine and trans axle assembly. Actually this conversion is 10lbs lighter than Renault package, due to weight saving of lightened engine rotating assembly, replacing cast iron intake / exhaust manifold ,and all other engine / transmission ancillary components.

Utilizing race proven reliable F.C / S2000. Ford Pinto 2.0 engine producing 150-160 H.P. (spec race trim)

Upgraded dry sump race engine's, with longer rods, larger bore, lightened, balanced rotating assembly, our proprietary direct ignition system with custom individual port manifold and carburetors.

Due to increased H.P / Torque. Modified V.W trans axle, with custom engine adapter built to off road specifications rated for 190-200 H.P

This combination will deliver reliable.

185-195 H.P @ 6500-7000 rpm (pump gas)

210-215 H.P @ 6900-7500 rpm (race fuel, E85)

With custom gearing /final drive ratios, with 26".5 tire dia. @ 2500 r.p.m 4th gear. *62 mph. @6500 r.p.m 4th gear. *161 mph.
