Used 2003 Jetta ALH TDI - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle automotive... for sale in Youngstown, OH

2003 Volkswagen Jetta GLS TDI w/ 5 speed manual transmission. ALH engine (Good for 500k miles+). It has a flood title from before I owned it.
I bought it in 2017 w/ 173,000 miles. I was buying the car to commute from Youngstown to Cleveland daily. I did this up until January of this year (Thus the milage increase).
The car now has 264,xxx miles and I never intend to travel that much for work again. The car is extremely reliable. I spent 2800 on the car and have invested 5k+ over the past three years
to keep it running. I just don't need something to kill miles like this anymore and I don't drive it.

The good:
Tons of maintenance
Doesn't leak or consume oil at all.
Comes with an additional complete set of factory wheels + Blizzack snow tires. These were purchased new in 2019. You'll get another 5-6 winters from these (Painted black).
Comes with currently mounted all season Continental tires. These were bought new in 2019. You'll get another 4-5 March-Octobers on them (Factory silver).
Car gets 45-50mpg when driven conservatively.
Equipped with Frostheater coolant heater. This is extremely useful in the dead of winter. Plug pokes through the front bumper. If you plug the car in overnight, you'll have warm heat as soon as you start the car in the morning.
No Steering wheel shakes/No weird tire wear
Tow hitch with working 4 lead wiring harness.
Clutch engages nicely. No grinding gears. No slipping.
Most surface rust has been cutout and eliminated.
No limp mode issues. Has some pep for a 90 hp car.
No tune or major power adders.
Increased Glow plug startup duration for cold Ohio winters
Always changed oil at half milage intervals (Mobil 1 TDT)
Heat blows extremely hot. Especially with the coolant heater in the mornings.

The bad:
Car has no catalytic converter or EGR cooler. The car will roll a little bit of coal. You also can't register it in PA without this hardware. I'll include the EGR if you want it.
Intermittent CEL for no EGR. There are no other codes, I can demonstrate this with code reader for potential buyer to prove this. I haven't cleared the codes in several thousand miles.
The A/C blows ambient temperature. System is charged and not leaking.
Dings/Dents/flawed paint job
Key fob remote doesn't work & Door lock tumbler frozen (You cant lock the doors).
Windshield cracked
Clunking in front end on momentum shift. I think the front CV shaft might be on its way out again.
Sagging rear headliner
Runs with brights on at all times. Car is low enough to where it doesnt bother oncoming traffic. I dont get brighted and its been this way since 185,000 miles. The passenger headlight burns out the lowbeam filament quickly. This would go away with a new housing.

Engine + Suspension

The car was due for a timing belt and leaking oil profusely from oil pan area when I purchased it. Previous owner insisted it was just a bad crank seal.
After completing the timing job/crank seal replacement twice, we realized that it was actually the crank seal housing which had cracked due to a bad oil pump chain tensioner. Chain slop had
caused it to whip up and crack the aluminum of the crank seal housing
173,000 miles - Replaced timing belt, water pump, thermostat, passenger side motor mount
173,000 miles - Replaced Oil pump, Oil pump chain, Oil pump chain tensioner, Oil pan, Crank seal, Crank seal housing, vacuum pump seal. Used all genuine VAG sealant + parts
173,000 miles - Replaced coolant with factory G14 coolant
173,000 miles - Replaced Diesel filter
173,000 miles - Replaced driver's side CV Shaft
173,000 miles - Replaced ASV (Anti shudder valve)
173,000 miles - Replaced battery
185,000 miles - Replaced factory struts with Koni STR8 struts + Moderate lowering springs.
185,000 miles - Replaced passenger side seat heater switch.
185,000 miles - Replaced both headlight housings
185,000 miles - Added European cupholders to dash
240,000 miles - Replaced driver's motor mount/transmission mount + lower motor mount.
262,000 miles - Replaced steering rack with 98k mile genuine rack from recycler. (Old one was leaking).
262,000 miles - Replaced inner and outer tie rod ends during rack replacement
262,000 miles - Replaced starter
262,000 miles - Replaced vacuum canister
262,000 miles - Replaced Diesel filter
262,000 miles - Replaced thermostat with genuine VAG part
262,000 miles - Power bled clutch master cylinder + all 4 brakes (full flush)
262,000 miles - Replaced cooling fan control module - Trying to fix A/C.

Here are some other repairs I completed in the last two years. I am not sure the mileage at the time of repair.

220,000 miles +
Replaced factory nozzles with .556 bosio nozzles. I wanted a moderate power increase for towing.
Removed + Cleaned intake manifold with torch & compressed air.
Replaced rear left Wheel bearing (Genuine VAG)
Replaced rear right wheel bearing (Genuine VAG)
Replaced both rear uni-suspension bushings (Complete removal of rear subframe).
Replaced all front control arm bushings + lower ball joints
Replaced driver side door due to rust
Replaced Air filter
Replaced Mass Airflow Sensor (BOSCH)
Replaced every vacuum line on car including main Brake booster vacuum line
Replaced turbo VNT actuator
Replaced turbo N75 valve
Replaced front brake rotors & pads + rear rotors, calipers,and pads. These have a ton of life left.
Removed muffler and created custom side exit exhaust.
Installed aftermarket steel shifter + large shift handle. I also replaced many of the shifter bushings while I was in there. I will include the factory shifter.
Body:

Cut rusted rocker panel sections out and welded fresh rocker panels into place
Replaced passenger fender due to rust
Replaced front bumper cover for aesthetics
Repainted replaced sections with factory matched PPG Deltron basecoat + Clear (amateur paint job - don't expect to take it to car shows)

I want 2999 for the car. It starts first try 100% of the time, it doesn't shake/shimmy/vibrate like a beater would. It's going to blow anything else out of the water as far as fuel mileage in this price range. It also comes with 8 95% tread tires/wheels for Winter & Summer.
I am only selling it because I am tired of fixing the little things that go bad on Volkswagens and I no longer need a commuter car. It needs several little things to be 100%, but the big things are addressed.
