Replaced leaking seal between engine and transmission.
Replaced both air suspension bags in rear. Air suspension self-levels car to compensate for added weight in cargo space.
Replaced mass air flow sensor
Replaced power steering reservoir
Replaced radiator hoses.
Replaced exterior temperature sensor.
New window tint!
Minor items that need TLC:
Radio recently decided it didn't want to work anymore. Due to chip shortage getting replacement stereo is a bit of a wait. So I've decided to sell instead.
Windshield water fluid not working, may be pump or leak in line.
BMW recalled the Takata airbag. Need to bring to BMW dealer to have it replaced for free.
Key alarm does not respond. I manually lock it with key.
Rear bumper paint is fading.
