Vehicle Description
This truck was ordered in September of 1985 and built by November and delivered the same month to Rodman Ford in Foxboro, MA. The truck was ordered with a 460 V8 backed by a Warner T-19 4 Speed Manual Transmission putting power to a Dana 60 with Traction-Lok and 3.55 gears. Shortly after taking possession in 1985 the original owner moved to sunny Southern, California. The truck has spent most of its life in Southern,CA. Along with the best mechanical options and rare color and top of line trim options this truck was also ordered with the Handling package, Convivence package factory AC, Tilt, Cruise, a factory Tachometer. The truck was also tinted in SoCal which actually preserved the interior especially the crack free dash.
With only 95k miles this truck runs and drives great and feels tight. It is a comfortable cruiser, has plenty of power and capable of hauling heavy loads. The truck is solid with original paint, there is one dent on the passenger side. The inside of the bed was hardly used and looks almost new. The interior is all original and in great shape, no rips, no cracks, no holes. Everything is original and came with the truck in in November of 1985 at Fords facility in Kansas City. This is an honest original truck with an exceptional Carfax as well as a Marti Report detailing the Special Order information, and production numbers.
