Used 1973 Corvette 454 T-Top 5 Speed - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle... for sale in Torrance, CA
Vehicle Description
In 1982 prior owner had the engine blueprinted, with TRW pistons, headers, 850 cfm Demon carb, MSD ignition, all smog equip removed (no smog check required for a 1973) a/c removed, Doug Nash 5-speed trans installed, roll bar installed, racing harnesses, high performance/lowering springs installed, and, Eckler's quad headlights and Eckler's hard plastic front bumper.
I have the receipts for this work, plus additional work done in 2003.
Speedo and odometer have not worked since install of Doug Nash 5-Speed trans. Based on verbal from prior owner, car probably has about 80K to 90K miles, but only 15,000 to 20,000 since engine work, but, I cannot confirm.
Car has power steering, power brakes, power windows, and original blue California plates ( blue plates are in a box)
Since February 2019, I installed New 255/6015 BFG T/A Radials, new 2 1/2 inch exhaust from headers back, New Flowmasters, New alternator and battery, New Ecklers custom tail light lenses, and , new small chrome hubcaps, I have the original center caps and trim rings, all in good condition.
Car needs a little body repair on left front fender, install of the Eckler's front bumper, and, new paint. Car is fast, loud, low and mean! I'm selling because I want a 55 T-bird and will consider a trade.
