Vehicle Description
This has been an excellent car for our family and it has been heavily used but still offers more years of life. The engine has plenty of power and has never let us down. Since it is about to pass 200K, it's time for us to move on and we've already replaced this car.
This is the last year of the 5 cylinder Volvo engine with turbo before they were replaced with a 6 cylinder, having been bought by Ford. It's a great car.
Inspection expires in February. Will need e-brake, rear brakes and some front suspension work to pass.
Check engine light is on and has produced multiple codes over the years. Has been basically on for years. Will provide maintenance records.
4 very lightly used studded snow tires on Volvo rims available separately.
Three annoying things I have not fixed.
1. The radio was making noise, I pulled the fuse.
2. The driver's seat will not move forward and back electrically. Up and down yes, recline, yes. I removed the seat and manually put it where I wanted it. We are 5'6" to 6'3" and can drive it.
3. The park assist sensors in the back ceased to function years ago, less need in rural Maine.
