Engine turns over, not running though. Car is a project but mostly complete. No Title, saved from the scrap yard by buying it a few years thinking I'd restore it but haven't got the time. Seems to be complete but definitely needs work on everything. My understanding from the scraper i bought it from, was a barn find of someone who has passed so no idea on title. Can provide you a Bill of sale, and you can Vermont register on that, then transfer to MD or such for proper Title. Just takes a little time and paperwork.Make offer on this dump truck or separate for parts. I am told that $5,000 investment will get this truck road ready.no it’s not the best looking, but it cranks everytime , you need to get tires and that’s it. It’s my work car. Just want it gone because I’m moving and I already have three more cars . A lot of miles on it. But it gets me everywhere I need to go.
