2005 was Second to last model year before ruining suburbans long lasting reliability with computerized everything from 07-current. My dad moved back to Hawaii this summer so we took it in to mechanic to bring up to daily driver reliability for him,
New rotors and brakes and calipers
Changed all fluids and filters ect.
And completely replaced the air conditioning system.
It runs excellent. Its a really smooth, comfortable, powerful ride. Has trailering / tow package.
Roof racks. We love this car.
But my dad wants a truck!
So we just don't need it now.
This isn't a hunk of crap/ shined up POS im trying to get rid of. Its a good running clean low mile vehicle. On KBB Its valued at $7.2k - $10k.
Thats running it by the Vin number,
And calling it the worst condition they will grade. So don't tell me the KBB is not accurate. I know it's not. Its worth more.
List of what needs to be fixed:
The rear window won't always respond to roll down.
Head liner in one spot is coming off.
The auto ride air suspension wants a TPS replaced and it makes the check engine light come on sometimes. I could reset it and it won't come on for days, but thats not what im looking to do. I dont mind meeting at your mechanic so they can look at it before purchase.
We have clean title in hand. And im not desperate to sell it at all.
