If you like old cars, made of real metal, this is your ride! Easy to work on, and practical and fun to drive. And low mileage (110k)!

It's a Luxury Sport Sedan, and lives up to the name.

Luxury: All leather interior, maroon color. Looks amazing. Extremely comfortable seats: 10-way power adjustment, driver AND passenger. Auto-dimming rearview mirror. "Cornering" light: a front corner headlight that turns on with the turn signal to illuminate the direction you'll be turning. (Similar in concept to curve-adaptive headlights!) The attention to detail is impressive.

Sport: GM 3800 Series I Engine.
This is a high-torque motor, which produces 220 ft-lb of torque at 2000 RPM. This Olds88 has a higher torque to weight ratio than the sporty 2020 Mazda3 Hatchback, and at a lower RPM!

For those unfamiliar with the model line, some consider it to be the original muscle car:
Practical:
Seats 5 comfortably, and 6 in a pinch.
18 cu-ft trunk. Hard to beat among new cars. Larger than a Honda Accord, only slightly smaller than a Chevy Impala

Reason for selling:
This has been my daily driver for 11 years. I've decided that due to vehicle age I can't trust it as a daily driver anymore, and I don't need 2 cars.

Significant Maintenance required:
Currently needs a new water pump and a new front suspension.

To be clear: It is not drivable until the water pump is replaced, because it will overheat, so it unfortunately cannot be test driven. I can demonstrate that the engine runs and sounds fine. I was driving it as my daily driver (and only vehicle) until the water pump broke a few weeks ago.
