The 2 lights on the dash are TPMS (Tire pressure management system: the front drivers side tire has a very slow leak, so that light indicates that. Simple fix. And the other light is ABS. A Professional mechanic told me its a simple speed sensor, and it'll be about $100 installed. The brakes work fine now, but i was told this is necessary, so, I could do this before sale, or you can take care of it and i'll subtract it off the sale price.

We can definitely take money off that number. I've cut that number almost in half (today only!)
I want a fair deal so that you have the option to do whatever you want to do. Because theres definitely a few cosmetic dings and scratches, nothing major at all (photos are actual photos, taken yesterday:)
But, just to be thorough, we can go through the entire car, if you want, and test anything, i'm easy to work with. Low pressure situation
As far as comps (comparisons) there is a very similar 2009 Honda civic for sale in Dayton Ohio, they are asking $6500, and it has *18,000 more miles* than my Civic
So i would say this car is priced pretty well
