Vehicle Description
For sale is a 1970 very custom mustang fastback project car with lots of new parts. What we have is basically a clean rolling custom canvas that needs to be put together and have all the parts, well 99% of them and most are new. New parts have been collected over the past 18 years, this car just needs a garage and mechanic to put it all together. Was gonna be put back together as a 70 Mach 1 custom, lots of Mach 1 parts included. This is a "partial" list of the car and parts. Check back for updates and more pictures, this first posting won't have half the parts listed.
Car started as a stock 302 automatic car
New paint and trim
New shaved doors, have everything for poppers
New floors including trunk.
All new glass
Newly rebuilt 351 Cleveland complete and on a stand with headers.
New A/C system, original car did not have

Everything for power steering, original car did not have
New HDT rear suspension has been installed with coil overs. Installed on stock rear end housing.
Air ride bag system with chrome air tank. Complete system
New Flaming River chrome steering column
Everything in the gauges has been changed out to Dakota Digital including clock, Mach 1 wood grained dash
New Grant steering wheels, one is Walnut and the other a custom blue with parts for installation
New 18 Circuit Painless Wiring system
New Griffin radiator and tranny cooler. Tranny cooler has been installed
New White interior with NIGHTMARE logo on seats. There is a problem with the White leather material, it's bleeding Red. White leather has slight Red blemishes that turned out to be a material supplier problem. Company returned the money for new material and went out of business, wonder why? Dash, center console and headliner are okay, strange and way toooooooo bad. Can still be used, just not gonna be a show winner.
All new insulation and body seals
Heaters for seats
New electric seat guides
New carpet
New Blue 5 point harnesses but dated 03. New in the box, but no good for NHRA. They were for looks only anyway.
Thumb print door lock and starter. If you installed these parts it would take your thumb to unlock door and thumb print again to start the car.
3 grills
Lots of new polished aluminum parts.

Be easier to tell you what he knows is missing, drive shaft, (1) electric window mechanism and Mach 1 hood scoop turn signals. The actual little lights, has hood scoop. Probably missing a bolt or screw here and there, some boxes have been opened.
This will be a cash only sale and no we don't need any help selling. Price is something you will discuss with the owner but he is in the low twenty thousand starting point. You have to see this car and all the new parts to really appreciate. The stack of receipts for all the parts and work is over 3" tall, and weights several thousand dollars.
