Used Mustang LX Convertible for sale in Fort Payne, AL

It's on a spare right now but I do have the matching knockoff Weld wheel in the trunk, the tires are pretty bad and I wouldn't trust them to take it very far off. The brakes will stop the car but they're not that great and it needs a passenger side inner tie rod and possibly the driver side inner tie rod, you can clearly feel this in the steering wheel. It has an exhaust leak but it's not so bad that the engine is loud. The driver side door does not open from the outside but you can open it from the inside, the door froze shut when we had cold weather a few months ago and trying to open it caused something in the exterior handle to come loose or break.
The interior has the amount of wear you would expect from a Mustang like this, and it does need a new top. When sitting with all the windows up I did not notice any rain water getting inside the car but when it's raining a little bit of water will get inside the car while you're going down the road because of the top. About a month ago I parked the car on the side of a hill and a little rain got on the driver side power lock/window switches and they quit working the day after, the switches on the passenger side didn't work when I got the car so the windows are stuck where they're at, the passenger side window and quarter window are not all the way up.
This was a birthday present for my son and he was going to fix it up so it would be ready when he got his driver's license but he lost interest and I got him another car, however if you're looking for something to drive while fixing it up we found out that for whatever reason the title pawn for this mustang starts at $1,400 when we were thinking about starting a 302/T5 swap.
