Not torn up -- power sunroof - dual power seats - power windows - all work
I Just replaced body control module and ignition switch
Front strut assemblies replaced 2 years ago including springs
Good brakes
Tires are good to very good
Engine and trans are good
heater blows good
battery is 1 year old
--- Not so good points --
NO air bags
NO horn or bright light option, Dim only -- i think something called a clock spring in steering wheel is broken and would fix both , Maybe ? its driven approx 120 k without but NOT a recommendation to anyone -just saying
I bought monte with 80 k , in 2006 -- rebuilt title -- changed oil every 3000 miles ,changed trans fluid twice - gave to my 40 yr old daughter 3 years ago --- she has bought a car from another daughter . - Monte Carlo ---- "HAD" ---- intermittent starting issue -AFTER MUCH RESEARCH, I REPLACED BODY CONTROL MODULE - PROBLEM IS FIXED !!!
Monte goes strait, stops strait, runs great - has a 449 light code - that has to do with an EPA sensor - Not a big deal . I'll be happy to hook my tester while your here to show you .
