Used MK5 gti (2008, DSG trans, stage 2) for sale in Glenwood Springs, CO
Vehicle Description
Pros:
-recent rebuild with only 2,000 miles I have a whole list of everything replaced
- stage 2 (downpipe, muffler delete, cold air intake, GFB DV+ diverter valve, stage 2+ with pops and bangs, ECS tuning intake cam, golf R exhaust cam)
- clean Colorado title
- snow tires (8 32nds or %75 life left)
-summer tires (7 32nds on front and 4 32nds on rear, or %50 life left give or take)
- interior is immaculate, clean and smoke free
-have dealer papers, original owners manual
-wired for a sub in the rear just missing the amp
-DSG dual clutch trans with paddle shifters
-188,000 miles but can last another 200,000 if properly maintained
Cons:
- headlight wiring is old and flaking which is causing some issues. Brights don’t work and housing for the drivers side headlight is messed up. Would recommend getting whole new housings
- scratch on the passenger side, I bought the car with it so don’t know anything about it, same with the misaligned bumper (both in pics)
-very slow and small coolant leak, old hoses need to be replaced
- could use new brakes
