Vehicle Description
144" wheelbase, standard roof crew model 2500 Sprinter van with camper interior. Seats five with a quick removal back seat. 112k miles, turbo diesel. Full roof rack, rear ladder, 200 Watt solar system with 12v electrical system throughout. Starting battery isolator which charges the house batteries while underway but isolates them when the engine is off. Water system with 12v pump. Dometic toilet, Dometic 12v fridge keeps beer and food cold 24/7. Queen bed set-up in the back with walk through "hallway". Diesel parking heater right from the van fuel tank heats the van toasty warm and runs on the auxiliary battery system, so the van need not be on and the staring battery is safe..This heater sips diesel, We run it ALL night long on the cold nights and diesel tank doesn't drop a millimeter.
This is, in our opinion the best sprinter option as it fits under the street parking height limits. It fits in a standard parking spot and still goes into parking garages.
Everything is operating as it should. Selling because we are getting back on our boat next winter. Upon our return I'll be looking to buy and outfit the same van again.
This is our second one, I still can't believe how much pick-up these things have.
