This is not a commercial lot.private contractor with large, secured fenced yard. Home and business is located at property. been here 51 years and this is my 11th year providing storage.
If you need multiple per month 24hr access, I am NOT for you. please use the commercial lots.
I am looking for people who only need access once or twice a month and are looking for Secure long term storage. Ideal for long term traveler's or part times residents.I have customers from all over the states and even France.
Electrical is included in price for trickle chargers(you provide charger) also checking tire pressures and add if needed.so your safe on the road
Covered storage is available (Sun shade only)
Starting service is also provided in price (if needed) to keep your vehicle ready to go.no issues with old fuel or dead batteries.
Price is $50 mth(uncovered) for up to 20 feet in length with a MONTH FREE for 6 months paid in advance.
Up to 30 feet in length $75mth. 6 mth term
Indoor motorcycle storage also available starting at $75 mth (indoor motorcycle available only)
Not good at backing a trailer? No problem.can just drop out front and will move it in with tractor.can do the same on pick-up if you want.easy and convenient.
