Car is fun to drive, sporty, and fast. Has the 2.3 L turbocharged engine. So, it get great mileage and goes fast. Have gotten 28+ MPG highway on long distance drives between Colorado and Oregon. Installed fancy, new JVC radio this year. Maintained this car well since intended to keep it. No oil leaks. Runs and drives great. Has cosmetic body blemishes and the clear coat finish has deteriorated. Asking price is based on Kelly Blue Book fair market value as the "average listing price" for a '99 Saab with this mileage. It's worth the price.
Dad and Mom: This would make a great first car for a young driver since it's cheap, big enough to offer protection in an accident, has airbags, and its fancy, sporty and fast enough to be pleasing to a young driver.
