The SUV is 4 wheel drive and has a new sticker on it, just had new tires put on ,just had the inner and outer tire rod ends and pitman arm replace it's in good condition and drives great and the camper is in good condition for it's age and hauls great we jus had the roof redone and put new floors in it the camper did sleep 6 but we made it into a little living room space where the pull out couch was so if you buy it you can do whatever you want with that space there is a full back bedroom and the table folds into a bed too there is a full size bathroom a stove,an a new electric refrigerator And great cupboard space it's 26ft and duel wheels this is a great deal for them both.
