Vehicle Description

I am selling my 2015 Altima. I bought it two years ago with 75,000 miles on it. The Altima currently has 122,000 miles. It has been a wonderful vehicle. I use it as my everyday commuter and for work as well. I am a rideshare driver in the Twin Cities, Rochester, and Mankato and this vehicle has never let me down. Even back in January 2019 when we had that -50 degree record breaking weather, it started right up. I change oil every 5,000 miles with full synthetic oil at Mankato Nissan, where I do my oil changes and most of my service. In the 2 years that I've owned the vehicle, I have replaced all interior lighting to 5000k LED's, headlights to LED's, engine air filter, cabin air filter, spark plugs, transmission flush ($400), brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels ($500), brake fluid flush, new Duracell battery, all weather floor mats, driver and front passenger door weather stripping, and a spare key fob (worth $250 programmed). I am the third owner of this vehicle. First owner was a rental car company until 45,000 miles, second owner was until 74,500 miles, third owner was myself at 75,000. This vehicle does have a REBUILT title. It was involved in a driver side impact in 2017 with the second owner. Only parts that were replaced were the driver side door and fender. It was a minor collision according to the CarFax and the dealership I bought it from in TN. The TN & MN DMV's state its still worth 80% of its retail value, which is $9,960 when sold with a "clean" title. The new value after a 20% reduction in price would be $7,968. I have decided to price it lower than that, even though I believe it is worth every dollar. Private party value is $7,824. 20% reduction due to rebuilt title will bring the value down to $6,258.20. I've been on several long distance trips and I've gotten over 600 miles to a tank. I'm selling because I would like to upgrade to a higher tier rideshare status, which requires a luxury vehicle. Lastly, this is a USED vehicle, meaning it will have minor scratches, dings, quarter size dents, etc. No low-ball offers. Price is FIRM and NON-NEGOTIABLE. Cash or Cashier's Check only.
