1984 Chevrolet Custom Deluxe C10 Short Bed Sold New at Ben Mynatt Chevrolet in Concord North Carolina to Fred Bently of Kannapolis NC. Mr Bently kept his pride and joy till 2019. This is a Rust Free NC short bed with 117k original miles. Still on a current NC titke. Born a 4.1 litre 6 Cylinder engine with a 3 speed manual on the tree with Power steering & Manual disc brakes.
This truck was ordered with very few options. The truck has never been molested. Other than the Brand New Polished / Grey American racing wheels, the truck is completely stick. Brand New radial tires are 275/40/zr20 on rear and 245/40r20 on the front. Pin straight rust free body. Beautiful undercarriage. Excellent tan "original color" paint with some chips / scratches. The bed floor is original and unrestored. The glass is original and very good. The bumpers are new. The vinyl interior is really nice. The Steering wheel, Dash, Instrument cluster, Door panels, Carpet are all very nice. There is an am/fm/cd player in the dash.
Under the hood is pretty much like it came new, The Firewall, Engine, Inner fenders and Radiator support have not been rattle canned. The 6 Cyl engine runs like a watch. shifting is effortless. She drives outstanding. I figure the next owner will most likely LS this wonderful truck. O well. We have the original owners manual & Warranty booklet. $15900. 508-269-8878
