Vehicle Description
This 1979 Lincoln MK 5 65D was my grandfather's car but he rarely drove it. Since 1978 (the year he purchased it) it has sat in the garage 99% of the time. We are the original owners.
This Lincoln Continental Mark V is powered by a 6.6 liter, 400-cid 2V V8 engine, select shift automatic transmission WSW Steel belted radial tires, four wheel power disc brakes, four way power seat. Twin comfort leather lounge seats, high-gloss walnut woodgrain instrument panel, Cartier day/date clock, 2-spoke steering wheel, 6-way driver’s seat, no tinted glass, lighted ashtray with lighter never used, automatic temperature control air conditioning and immaculate interior. There is a miles to empty fuel indicator. This is the Versailles edition.
There is a Landau roof in white. AM/FM Radio with Eight Track , antenna rises when key is turned on/off, not when radio is turned on. All windows are automatic, carpet original never been shampooed, just vacuumed. Smells brand new.
