Vehicle Description
This 1970 Ford F100 is a beautiful life long Arizona truck that was restored a couple of years ago. It was restored to be nice enough to take to local car shows, but also to be driven. The body on this truck is awesome. It is very straight and clean with a really nice, very slick paint job in its original color of Wimbledon White. All of the chrome and stainless is excellent and they installed new weatherstripping and seals when it was painted. They also bed-lined the truck bed. The underside is also very clean. There are no rust issues with this truck. The interior was also restored and is also in excellent condition. It had new carpet, new dash pad, new dash bezel, new headliner, and new seat cover installed when restored. They added a nice stereo and the also added Vintage AC and heat which works great!. All of the lights, blinkers, horn, gauges, wipers are working. This is a very nicely done interior with a great stock look.
Mechanically this truck is excellent. The engine is believed to be the original 360 V8 and it runs strong with no issues. The last owner stated it was totally rebuilt but we did not receive the receipt. It runs excellent and we found no red flags when driving the truck. They added an Edelbrock Aluminum Intake and Edelbrock Carb, Pertronix Electronic Ignition, and Dual Exhaust. Other new items included the starter, alternator, power steering pump, radiator, and AC Compressor. Basically everything under the hood was new or rebuilt. The transmission is the np435 4 Speed Manual that shifts nice and it is mated to the Dana 18 Transfer Case. The 4WD works as it should. It has a Ford 9 Inch Rear End with Limited Slip Differential and 3.50 Gears. The Front End is the Dana 44 that has been upgraded with Disc Brakes and it also has 3.50 Gears. So this truck was updated with Power front Disc Brakes and Power Steering. This is all sitting on a set of new shocks and Chrome Rims with Hankook 33 Inch All terrains.
