Used 1966 Ford Bronco for sale in Chatsworth, CA

This 1966 Coyote Legend Bronco is currently being restored at Rocky Roads to a very high level. This Bronco is 100% rust free, the ALL NEW steel Ford Bronco body was built using all new Licensed Ford parts. It just got a black Polyuria interior bed liner and is now under-coated with Polyuria. This Coyote Bronco build will have a 6-speed automatic transmission, backed up with an Atlas 2 3.0 ratio two-speed shift-on-the-fly transfer case. The brake system is a Wilwood top-of-the-line four-wheel disc brake system, it currently has a new Wilwood master cylinder along with a brand new power brake system with all new brake lines throughout. The new Currie Dana 44 front axle housing has new 4.11 gears with a True-Trac Posi-traction unit in front, plus a new Currie Ford 9 inch housing with a True-Trac Posi-traction unit in the rear, both have new axles, new bearings, new seals etc. This Coyote Legend Bronco is going to be brand new throughout. It could get either a chrome front bumper or a Legend heavy-duty plated steel Hybrid front bumper with a Warn 9500 TI winch with a billet roller fairlead, plus a Rock Solid black powder coated rear bumper with a swing out tire carrier and a matching spare wheel and tire.

The entire factory stock suspension was painstakingly cut off and all surfaces grinded to perfection before our new King 12 inch coil-over four link Legend suspension system was installed. If you are not familiar with how long it takes to get custom built coil-over shocks, here's your answer. It took us nearly 6 months to get the new King short body shocks and the correct Eibach springs for this Bronco. Broncos like this take a year to a year and a half to build due to the scarcity and overwhelming demand on the parts we use.

It has new 2.5 inch King 12 inch coil-over shocks and Eibach dual rate coil springs and a four-link, combined with long travel trailing arms in back, plus extended radius arm links in the front. There will be sway bars in front and in back to make it handle excellently both on or off-road, for a total of 10 inch front and 12 inch of rear wheel travel in back.

We can either keep the front and the rear fenders uncut (factory) and go with smooth retro 17x7 inch wheels and 285/65R17 tires (which just got installed this week) or we could cut the fenders and install new match painted fender flares in the front and in back to accommodate a new set of 305/65R17 BFG All Terrain tires and 17 by 9 inch black MHT wheels OR new 17 inch by 9 inch Pro Comp polished aluminum wheels. It's getting all new grade 8 and stainless steel hardware throughout, plus every faster, every AN fitting, plus everything else of the highest caliber on this Bronco is brand new.

The interior choices still exist. We plan to install new diamond-stitched OR pleated "ball glove" Vintage Distressed leather Legend high back bucket seating in front, the rear seat will be a matching folding rear seat with headrests. It will have matching diamond stitch or pleated leather door, rear side and tailgate paneling, plus new snap-in carpet mats with matching leather pads in them throughout. A black locking center console will house a new Alpine head unit that has Bluetooth, with a speakerphone system. The armrest will be leather, and matched to the interior. It is getting new Focal flush-mounted 6" Coaxial speakers in the rear side panels, plus new 5 1/4" Focal front component speakers mounted in custom kick panel enclosures in front, plus the rear side panels will house 2 8" sub woofers, all powered by a Focal digital 5 channel Alpine amplifier with a new custom Rocky Roads Centek inspired wire harness. It is also getting a new interior LED light and under-dash LED lights for when the doors open. There will also be more features (we are currently installing) like Retro power windows, an electric emergency brake, plus a new Viper alarm with key fob and power door locks.

It has a new RR Legend 6 point roll cage, powder-coated black, with retractable front and rear seat belts, plus new matching leather padding and wrapping is being made to help so you don't hit your head on the roll cage while either entrance or exiting the vehicle. It has a new custom Legend dash with new headlight switch, new wiper switch, a new Rocky Roads Broncos white-faced Classic Instruments speedometer, with 4 new air conditioning vents in-dash, plus a new Vintage A/C system. It will have a new VIN sticker in the drivers side door, a new VIN plate inside of the glove box door, a new fresh updated Marti Report, plus an appraisal to prove it's value for insurance purposes, along with a detailed invoice that will show you what you are investing in.

Price upon completion will be $245,000.00 (this could go up as we continue putting money into the build) unless we get a deposit, then the price will not change.
