The '37 Ford has long been considered one of the finest designed cars of the Art-Deco era and has been a popular choice with car enthusiasts and hotrodders since the car was new. This example features a fiberglass 3-window body and fenders but still carries over all the elegant charm of the original car some 80 years later but with a much smoother and cleaner finish. All chrome and brightwork has been finished in a gorgeous black paint with a clear coat giving this Ford a deep look. To offset the black paint, the car was appointed with 5-spoke American Racing brushed aluminum rims with a red line lip that gives the amazing appearance of a real-life Hot Wheels car! Under the hood you will find the ever-venerable Chevrolet LT1 350 cubic inch motor, aluminum intake and a 650 Edelbrock carburetor all matched up to a GM 700 R4 automatic 4-speed transmission. The car is also equipped with power steering, Wildwood 4-wheel power disc brakes, an oil cooler. The '37 sports a Mustang II front suspension, with the rare suspension being a 4 bar with Shockwave airbag system by Air Ride Technologies in all four corners. The rear differential is a 9 inch 3.70 cut down to fit the chassis. Speaking of the chassis, it was boxed and modified to handle the power of the strong 350 power plant. Inside this stunning coupe you will find an elegant raspberry red leather interior, matching red carpet, adjustable seats, power windows, white analog instrument clusters, an Alpine CD stereo system, cruise control, tilt steering column and vintage air! A few other tricks this fun summer cruiser boasts are a power trunk, hide away rear license plate holder and keyless entry! This stunning hotrod is a must see!
