Welcome to my 2017 Hyundai Ionic. I really like this car, and I'm going to tell you why.(TLDR at bottom)

Bad: The wiper fluid is probably a little low and the light may come on soon and the oil needs changed in 2000 more miles.

Good: It's basically a brand new car with hundreds of thousands of miles left.

I really grew to love this car. I bought it because I wanted a hatchback or van with great gas mileage for long trips and this was an alternative to the Prius. Talk about an UPGRADE. This thing has truly surprised me and I have to say Hyundai has really grown as a company.

Comfortable, Thoughtful, Fun. Yes, it has a sport mode that REALLY changes the car that is quite fun (as well as sport shifting if you're into that) where the battery gives max power, throttle response is changed, shift points are changed (as well as its dual clutch being more aggressive, yeah.dual clutch) and steering input is changed. This is a really roomy car as well with a TON of storage room with and without the seats down. I'm 6'3 and someone 6'6 could easily fit in here. Bonus storage in the Floorboard Trunk as well. Oh yeah, a 10 ft section of pipe fits front to back with room to spare.

Normal driving mode feels a bit relaxed and maybe a little drab, but that's the point. This sips fuel like hot tea and it's relaxing to drive. I get amazing fuel mileage with it, a 12 gallon tank puts 580-610 miles on the range meter when full. If you want it to go fast, put it in sport mode. You don't even need to shift it in sport mode, it just zooms. The AC is cold and keeps up with the heat, even parked.
