This is definitely the one you are looking for. Always garage-kept, even during the work day. Dealer-maintained. Paint and interior look amazing. This is the 4th Volt I've owned, and the only reason I'm selling it is I'm getting a newer one.
Stop paying for gas! For about $0.30 a day you can charge this car in your garage or driveway. Seriously, I pay more for Coca-Cola each month than I pay for gas. If your commute is less than 20 miles each way, the gas motor never kicks in. I've gone months without buying gas on occasion.
This is the perfect commuter car or graduation present. I regularly drive all day around town on just electric. You get a full 40 + miles on the electric battery, and then the gasoline generator kicks in to take you as far as you want to go. I've driven to D.C. and back in this car.
The handling and acceleration of a Volt are also unbelievable, as is the smoothness of an electric drive car. Once you've driven a real electric vehicle, every other car seems like it was assembled by monkeys- in the dark. It's no Tesla to be sure, but the price reflects that.
Tons of storage with the fold down rear seats.
Nice black paint, charcoal seats, XM radio, and all options except for backup camera. About 25k on the current set of tires. Brake pads and oil are like new. Just put on two new CV axles.
