This is a rare and hard to find vehicle in Minnesota in addition it came out of Southern California. GM stopped making the 2500 in 2013. When they were making these, they accounted for less than 10 percent of all Suburbans and more than half were 2wd. This is rust free (including the frame). You can not find a 3 year old vehicle in Minnesota that is as clean as this. California doesn't have all the potholes like we do, so the suspension is in great shape. No cold winters there either, so no long warm up times. This saves on the wear of the engine. Mostly highway miles pulling 3 Quads out to the desert in southern California and Arizona.

This is one of the fewer newer vehicles that have actually been going up in value over the last 5 years. Great investment, if you take care of it.

This isn't the sissy 1500. This is the heavy duty, top of the line, 3/4 ton. Equiped with the bullet proof 6.0 liter with the long lasting 4L80E transmission, 8 lug axles with 4.88 gears, 36 inch tires and 20 inch rims (with no pitting) heavy duty brakes, transfer case, towing package, etc.....All fluids are synthetic and were recently changed along with plugs and wires and a coolant flush. It's ready to go.

I have also sprayed the underside with Fluid Film to prevent any corrosion over this coming winter. I sprayed in all the nooks and crannies on the frame and body. If you haven't heard of this product, look it up. It works great.

The light tan leather interior has full power heated leather seats with memory, dual climate control, steering wheel controls for stereo, DVD. Rear audio and climate controls, power folding rear reclining captains seats, etc....

This is the perfect Suburban for pulling all your toys. Imagine pulling that big travel trailer or boat on a long road trip. You won't even know your pulling anything because of all the power. Your kids are quite in the back playing their Xbox or PlayStation. Your spouse will love the relaxation up front. This is the perfect family vehicle. A real head turner. The photo's have not been photo shopped, it really looks this good.

Here are some of the benefits of buying a used California truck vs. a used one that's been in the upper Midwest it's entire life.

You do not have the temperature extremes out there like the Midwest. When it gets below zero outside, during start up, there is increased friction as cold, gooey oil is pushed through an engine. This can lead to premature wear on the engine. You have that thick gooey oil in all the drivetrain components (transmission, transfer case, axles, power steering) too. People here in the Midwest also let the cars warm up, so there is more hours on the motor. Your battery has half the juice at zero degrees, which in turn is hard on the starter, electrical components, etc. We also change our fuel mixture at the pump seasonally due to temps, which isn't ideal for the fuel injection system. You also don't get a lot of condensation forming in your tank due to the extreme temp fluctuations which isn't good for the fuel system either.

As far as suspension goes, the roads are smooth and not pot hole infested like they are here. You do not have all the sand and salt getting in all your pivot points on your suspension causing them to prematurely wear out.

The body, frame, and all the other components (brake lines, fuel lines, exhaust, etc.) are not getting constantly hammered with salt and sand (essentially sand blasted to bare metal) causing rust. It's like we are driving in the ocean at the beach for 6 months of the year.

Basically, you'll be able to put many more miles on this vehicle over the years vs. buying one from the upper Midwest. It's the best bang for your buck.
