After several years of ownership it’s time for someone else to enjoy the attention and sheer quality driving experience of this Bentley.
The green exterior and tan leather interior colour combination receives continuous approval and valet parking up front is never a problem. The kids always enjoy being picked up from school too ;)
As you would expect the car drives and rides very well with the powerful 4.4L twin turbo Cosworth derived V8 engine and the silky smooth sport optioned ZF automatic transmission performing flawlessly.
While wafting along in virtual silence with the air conditioning blowing ice cold it’s easy to forget how fast you’re driving.
After a little time in storage I’ve installed two new batteries in the voluminous trunk/boot to ensure continued quick start reliability.
The pair of umbrellas in the trunk are still there too.
The previous owner bought the car back from his insurance company after submitting a claim for driving through some deeper water than he’d estimated. There was no damage to the interior but (I'm guessing) the insurers did not want the future liability and unexpectedly totaled the car. The previous owner drove the car for 50,000 miles.
