Used ‘98 windstar new shocks Struts, optima battery, new tranny seal, -... for sale in Aptos, CA

In need of temporary sleeping spot ? This van has lots of storage and no rear captain seats, so it is great for sleeping in. Athough everything works, I baby it. Currently insured, registered and smogged. I have put as much into this vehicle to upgrade it, and have some of the receipts, so it should be good for awhile .
The key about this van is that it is best for sleeping in and not putting tons of miles or going too far out of town.
I have a low impact parking space where you can sleep in it and I will share that information after purchase.
This is not a joke, the people who live on this wide street are used to it there, and it is quiet and fairly private. Not a place for you to have parties or put your chair out, but to be unobtrusive so that you have a good place to sleep forever if you don’t paint a bull’s-eye on yourself.
I had curtains for privacy attachable by velcro for privacy-all around, have had surgery and can’t find them at the moment.
Automatic with 5 speed overdrive van. Very comfortable way with two captain's seats in excellent condition! Rear seats removed to accommodate bed or gear. Van has a new tranny seal, struts and All new air shocks for a nice ride, along with new battery, fluids and tires that still have good % tread and new cutoff switch for battery (so all doors, rear hatch and sidedoor slider, can be opened for outdoor viewing, without running down battery,) which automatically turns off after 45 minutes, if you forget) I also have replaced the internal light bulbs. All this was done 3 weeks ago and I have 3 cars, and must leave so 2 cars are for sale that I was maintaining and had planned to keep. Clean & The carpet is in good shape, good glovebox, seats, interior, heater. The defrost motor was replaced not that long ago and new refrigerant added. Brakes and windshield wipers in great shape. There are a few dings and cosmetic flaws. Like I said, I have three cars and am downsizing and this one has lower mileage for its years. The smog is good for a year. The best thing to do is to text me questions as well as your best days and times to see the van. I had an offer of 2000$ a year ago and should’ve taken it, but I was too attached, so no lowballs thanks. Will not release the van without the full amount being paid and release of liability.
