Used 97 Camaro Convertible 26K original for sale in Holliston, MA
Vehicle Description
Its wicked dirty in and out and has "issues" (see below). It was my baby but I have no parking space for it nor do I know any mechanics to help me fix it back up.;-( so I must sell it as a "parts car" [-( cause it wont pass inspection
Was a California (no salt) car prior to being shipped out here. Mainly highway miles and Im a chick so I dont "floor the engine". Its original 26K so Engine trans etc all are fine. Brakes ok too.
Car has been in storage and will start with a jump but needs a new battery. slow leak in 2 tires.
It will not pass Inspection for several reasons but not limited to(cuz I may not know them all)
Rear Glass window fell out still intact(glue failed on hot day with cats on it)New top is $350 +labor
Rear view mirror missing
Passenger side mirror is missing mirror (i have vinyl replacement)
Missing donut spare but have full size spare on wheel in trunk.
It may have exhaust pipe leak as I can smell it in car when idling
Windshield has 2 cracks
Defroster/Heater doesnt blow hot air (may need core flush )
Convertible roof motor MAY be stuck or need replacing or fuse (it worked when I put it in storage)
Missing toneau cover and trunk key. can be replaced with VIN at dealer
Front end needs paint job (was replaced when someone stole mine, Spray Painted it Dark Green)
Roof has some slashes in it. some minor dings on body.
Thats all I can think of but may not be all thats wrong with it from sitting
have application for replacement title for new owner, IS NOT currently registered
I live in Wellesley with no car so if interested in buying you must first call me at show contact info and then setting up appointment with the garage owner in Holliston, MA After you see it and you want it, pay me cash, get title paperwork and tow it from Holliston. $60 AAA usually gives 4 30 mile tows. 4 100 miles is like $90 I think..
AGAIN, THIS CAR MUST BE SOLD As a PARTS CAR and As Is, as It wont pass inspection in Massachusetts. Price reflects the defects and engine alone is worth $1000. Its a great deal for the right person. I miss this car so much. Best one I ever owned or drove. Its a pleasure to drive it even the way it looks now.
