Rear passenger side window rolls down slowly (still works)

This old Honda should go another 50,000+ miles with little to no maintenance. I'll only selling it because it won't pass DEQ due to high hydro carbons (and my girlfriend hates it). A good fit for those who live outside of Multnomah county and are on a budget.
