Used 90k Mile - 2005 Jeep Wrangler X 4 0 - Automatic - - by for sale in Sunset Beach, CA

Selling my Automatic 2005 Jeep Wrangler X, in the classic Stone White Clearcoat. I’ve loved every gas guzzling minute (mostly kidding it gets roughly 18mpg) that I’ve spent behind the wheel, keeping up on preventative maintenances & optimizing it’s load out. This thing is both quick and loud for a Jeep. Let’s get into it’s upgrades:
From the factory:

This Jeep has every available option for the “X” series TJ’s that were available from the factory.

-Dana 44 rear axle (3.73 Gear ratio)
-19 gallon gas tank
-ABS brake assist
-4 Speed automatic transmission with analog Overdrive control.
-leather seats (although I prefer the Rough Country polyurethane seat covers for comfort and styling. These are super high end fitted covers.
Horsepower:

I’m running a full Magnaflow exhaust system complete with MagnaFlow catalytic converters, & K&N high flow intake so while it’s a definite rumbler- it’s not overdone, and not straight piped. Because of the bulletproof 4.0L Inline 6 cylinder engine designed by AMC, You get a very torquey muscle car sound and feel, definitely no slouch. In addition to being a quality upgrade that’ll save you from expensive catalytic converter replacements in the future, you get more performance- without jeopardizing the reliability, or life span of my Jeep. It absolutely rumbles. This MagnaFlow set up is Cali-OK. No problems with smog.

Lift:

-Full 4 inch Trail Master lift, complete with front end steering kit & quick disconnect sway bars & properly sized control arms.

- New pro comp ES9000 shocks in the rear
- New pro comp front stabilizer
- Trail masters in the front still have loads of life left

Frame:

-Barricade off-road Front bumper complete with Smittybilt 9500 LB Winch
-Barricade Rear quarter panel protection
-Barricade side step/rocker guards
-Barricade front fenders
-Smittybilt convertible soft top
-Hi-Lift Jack
-Full size LED light bar

Wheels & Tires:

5 33” Pro Comp MT2 Tri-Ply Xtreme’s with with approximately 90% tread all around. Almost brand new. These are the best tires on the market for all applications. Road noise is not heavy on these.

Interior:

-Pioneer Bluetooth/USB head unit
-Harmony audio soundbar & speakers
-BudRug lining all the way around. Clean, comfortable & noise reducing

Preventative maintenances:

-Super regular oil changes (including last week)
-Differential fluids 5k miles ago
-Coolant flushed & replaced. I run ZerexG05
-New 790 CCA battery
-New vac hoses last week
-New Bosch o2 sensors
-New heater core
-New ECU from Wranglerfix!- many do not know this, but Jeep released these otherwise perfect 05/06 models with faulty computer modules. The computer WILL fail on you in 80% of cases. Sending your car into limp-mode and resulting in countless hours of head scratching. Jeep asks 2750 for the computer & it doesn’t even work all of the time. Wranglerfix is sort of an online legend for introducing a plug and play module that serves as a lifetime component. I purchased this to prevent this from ever happening to my Jeep after seeing some intermittently odd codes coming and going. No issues since.
Condition:

This Jeep is completely sorted, runs like a champ. Minor paint scuffs here and there, it’s a Jeep. Clean Title in my name, in hand.

I’ve gone up light, scenic trails in Ojai, Santa Barbara, Red Rocks etc. I enjoy being able to get to an otherwise hard to access piece of nature. If you’re looking to go rock-crawling with this jeep tomorrow, you’ll need to make some improvements of your own. Usage has been light. These jeep is pretty opened up, and likes premium gasoline, that’s what I’ve always used, but not by any means needed. California/Southern Nevada owned Jeep. No rust.
