Used '78 El Camino (not running) along w/ a load of parts ready to... for sale in Winston Salem, NC

I have for sale a silver 1978 El Camino that currently is not running for reasons unknown. The truck was originally my grandfather’s but was later passed on to my father. My dad had a Jasper remanufactured engine placed in it 14K miles ago in 2009 at a cost of $5,000. It stopped running around a year ago and we were not able to figure out why before my father passed. So I am selling in as-is condition - you will need to tow/move it from his carport in Winston-Salem, NC where it is currently parked. It has some minor body damage as noted in the pics and is currently missing the back window with a few other parts on the interior missing also as he was in the process of restoring it.

On the upside - the engine has been replaced and I have the entire service record with everything else that has been done to the truck. His intention was to restore it over time, and he purchased a large number of parts to do so before his passing. I have collected everything I can find - the list follows, and I will include everything as a part of the deal. So if you want a project car, I have just the one for you! While my Dad wasn’t able to figure out why it stopped running, hopefully you will have better luck and the Jasper engine will have many more miles to go. My hope is to find someone who loves El Caminos as much as he did and will restore it as he intended to.
