Used 2017 Porsche 911 Carrera (991.2) HRE Wheels, Tune, Fabspeed, Soul... for sale in Royal Oak, MI
Vehicle Description
I'd like to sell my second car before putting it in hibernation for winter. Motivated to get a deal done before the end of November, otherwise I will plan to store it and keep - so make me an offer.
I am the second owner – the first owner was in Florida and owned the car for the first 25,000 miles. I purchased the car in March 2019, brought it to Michigan, added several modifications (listed below), and have driven it less than 4,000 miles. The car is garaged at my home and at my office and is not driven that extensively.
Modifications include the following (over $20k in parts/labor):
• HRE P40SC forged aluminum wheels with Michelin ps4s tires just installed (wheel/tire package originally retailed for ~$10k).
• COBB Tune and handheld Accessport – huge improvement to performance with “peak” and “max” horsepower gains of approximately 60hp and 150hp, respectively. I had the ECU removed and shipped to COBB to ensure everything was done correctly – the work was all done by the Porsche dealer (Fred Lavery in Birmingham, MI). $2,308 including install.

• Soul Sport Cats – a major upgrade in terms of sound and performance with less restrictive 200 cell cats. The sound is not at all intrusive, but has a much-improved tone compared to stock which is almost as quiet as a Prius. $2,727 including install by Porsche dealer.

• H&R Sport Springs – lowers the car 1.2” in front and 1.0” in rear for a more aggressive stance and improved handling. $1,589 including install and alignment by Porsche dealer.

• Fabspeed T304 Stainless Steel Quad Style tips finished in Carbon Fiber. $700

• Clear LED side marker lights – an upgraded look that is cleaner than the factory orange. $120

• Winter Wheel/TPMS/Tire package – this OZ setup is not included in price, but I would include at additional cost if interested. Originally ~$4,000 ($2k+ wheels, $1.6k+ tires, and $500 TPMS), and only used a few hundred miles this year… obo if you want included in package deal. (The car was very rarely driven in inclement conditions, and it was a very mild winter in Michigan. I did get it out in the snow to test it out and it handled amazingly well with the dedicated snow tires. You could absolutely use this car as a daily driver all year.)

This is a heavily optioned 911 (see sticker with MSRP of $110,530) with several modifications to make the car stand out from the crowd and perform better than even the next level Carrera S.
