Used 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE 30K Miles, Clean Carfax, Private Party for sale in Scottsdale, AZ

UPDATE: I have an offer in hand for 13.5 from CarMax so I won't be moving off the 14.5 asking price. Not worth my energy to haggle and try to set up showings and a private party sale for <$1000 difference.
THE PROS –
Clean carfax, clear title, 2 owners, low miles – We bought as a lease return in 2019 and has been used to drive back and forth to work a few miles a day for the past 2 years. No accidents, nothing ever reported to insurance, nothing on the Carfax.
Zero mechanical issues, runs perfectly.
All service done to date. Just got an alignment and inspection done this month to make sure it was ready for a new owner.
5 yr/60k mile warranty is transferrable to secondary owners, so you have about 4 months under warranty should anything arise or you want to get any recalls or service bulletins performed.
THE CONS –
I work in a retail environment so car has an above average amount of door dings, scratches, bumper rubs for its age, which I tried to capture in images. Some dent repair and a bit of paint correction and you probably could improve it if you are so inclined. DO NOT CALL IF YOURE EXPECTING FLAWLESS PAINT.
It just went past 30,000 miles so it is probably due for its first brake and coolant flush based on maintenance schedule.
Tires are approaching the end of their life and will need to be replaced relatively soon.
Passenger seat needs to be cleaned after a spill. I wanted to get it detailed but ran out of time to have it listed for this weekend. No colored stains, just a little dirty.
No floormats. They weren’t included with the car when we purchased it.
THE PROCESS –
Any test drive will take place with me in the car after we have photographed your license for my safety.
You can choose to pay for a buyers inspection at a Hyundai dealer nearby.
To complete the transaction we will go to your bank with notary to sign over title and exchange cash or a certified check. We will also transfer title electronically via the DMV’s website.
