I have all dmv paperwork signed ready for next owner it’s dmv lien released paperwork I’ve put in for a dmv appointment but it isn’t easy if you can get a appointment I can meet u at dmv to do the transfer or you can send the paperwork into Salem Oregon which takes up to 20 weeks to receive the title I’ve done my research so being very transparent!
