Bought this through CarMax 16 months ago and have had zero issues. It had a minor accident BEFORE I purchased it and Bimmer Haus in Broomfield inspected it and said it was good to go. No air bag deployment or frame damage and it doesn't pull at all. I've reduced price $2K though because of it.
This is an amazing loaded vehicle and runs perfect! M package has a bunch of extras and higher performance.
