This is our One Owner 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV 4WD Luxury w/ 102,058 mi. as it sits. I bet you $1,000 this is the nicest like year/mileage market comparable ESV you'll find anywhere in the United States. About $8,000 worth of fresh investment just went into not only the mechanical routine service interval needs but also the aesthetical improvements within the last few weeks. To say there isn't one thing you could spend money on is an understatement. There is a #1-#33 list attached below showing everything done with receipts/invoices for every single item. You'll never find a like price point comparable Escalade at any Cadillac dealership even close to as nice as this one. It is finished in GM's "Black Raven" exterior over "Jet Black" leather interior and it drives like a brand new SUV. It's as tight as a drum and you can tell it was owned from day one with complete ownership respect. It has never seen paint work or even a bumper tap with all original paint and a perfect Carfax/AutoCheck. It has always been garaged, adult driven, dealership maintained, and comes from a child-free/pet-free/smoke-free home. It was purchased new on 3-10-15 at Gold Coast Cadillac in Oakhurst NJ. MSRP when new was $85,255 (these have significantly gone up in price on the newer ones). It is absolutely flawless. We're talking not even a light scratch. I cannot stress the condition enough. I would wager a bet that this Cadillac is in better condition than most Escalades (regardless of year) with 40k mi. I can also GUARANTEE the paint is in far better condition than a 2020/2021 sitting at a dealer with 3 mi. Professional $1,600 detail/paint correction including 3 bucket foam hand wash, multiple rounds of iron remover, tar remover, air purge dry, 3-4 stage paint correction (3 on full exterior and 4 on some select panels), panel prep, paint sealant to all surface area except glass, engine bay degrease, dressed plastic with water based dressing, plasti-dipped front grill, and more we can discuss if a buyer wishes

The condition speaks for itself through the photos but in person it will baffle you even further. The windshield and headlights are pristine. The undercarriage also speaks for itself. It will be very hard to find a 2015 in this price range with such a clean frame. It's immaculate without a single door ding or noted flaw of any sort. Good luck finding another 2015 even close to as clean or mechanically gone through with an open wallet.
