Selling my 2014 Honda CRV AWD

One owner/ no accidents /no pets
Bought a new car and the CRV now used as a daily commuter, about 20 miles a day.
Stays parked on weekends.
Clean title
Nothing wrong mechanically
Everything works as it should
Passed inspection in June 2020 when car had 114,600 miles (see pic)
Emissions good thru June 2021
I may put it through inspection again but asking price will go up
The car will need 2 tires and possibly new brake pads to pass again...I’m guessing. Then the price will go up.
It needs a really good detail (cleaning).
Was our family car, and our two toddler daughters were some of the messiest kids on the planet.
Interior is ok. No rips or tears. Normal wear
Exterior has its dings, bumps and scratches...
No major flaws
Again, a good wash, wax, and buff with a good interior cleaning would make it outstanding
Mechanically it’s fine...it’s a Honda!
I’d also suggest the new owner do a 100k mile service and have all fluids flushed and replaced. If you’re handy and have some basic tools, you can probably do most of those yourself.
If I keep it long enough I’ll eventually get it done at 120k. Then the price will go up.
PLEASE Shop around for other 2014 CRV LX AWD with about same mileage and you will se me they sell for over $11,000 - $13,000+
