Reason for selling:
Want something more "fun". Just bought this to get down here with a super reliable SUV.
Bad things:
NY title in hand. NY plates.
Driver door handle needs replacement - OR- wire re-connected. Could simply be a loose connection. Currently causes computer to say the door is ajar and therefore, "shift to park". $418.98 parts and labor. Have not taken time to open door and reconnect.
Check engine light on due to oxygen sensor. This is an intermittent problem and they think it is just a loose connection.
NY rust.
Needs new shocks / struts, stabilizer control bar link and canister purge solenoid.
Price reflects generous reduction via diy repairs. The said super reliable, fair and convenient mechanic charges 165 an hour versus the typical 75 to 100 an hour. Immediate repairs are not needed but will be in the near future. Vehicle is currently super reliable and operative as is being used as a daily driver.
