Used 2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS Sport Convertible (needs repairs) for sale in Phoenix, AZ

REPAIRS NEEDED:
- Timing belt replacement.
(Mechanic said it's an interference engine, so there could be piston or valve damage, but we can't tell without pulling the cylinder head. Belt broke when trying to start the car in the driveway.)
- Thermostat (I have the part already)
I've had the car for 4 years (bought it Feb 2018 at 120k miles), and she's super cute and a fun car to drive! 2012 was the last year Mitsubishi produced this vehicle, and it's a rare find! I've always done preventative maintenance on the vehicle, and I can provide the log and receipts if desired.
Note: the car was totaled by my insurance company in 2020 due to body damage (front bumper), but all was repaired, and I have a restored salvage title.
I'm selling because I've been considering getting a new car anyway, and so I want to invest in that, rather than the potential repair costs. I haven't had any other major mechanical issues.
RECENT MAINTENANCE:
Regular oil changes every 3-4k miles
3 new tires (40k warranty) 2 replaced in Aug 2021 and 1 in Dec 2021
