I've had it for about a year and a half, selling because it's a second vehicle, and I just don't need it, and I don't want to pay for it anymore. It's a great truck and it bothers me that it just sits in my driveway. When I got it at about 135k miles, I replaced all the gear oils - rear and front differentials, gear box, and transfer case, and engine oil. It was already lifted when I got it, but I needed to repair the rear leaf, and I ended up replacing all the shocks with the Bilstein 5100 set, toytec/eibach springs in the front and toytec add-a-leafs in the rear. It sits about 2.5 inches higher than stock.
In 4WD it's unstoppable in the mud, and will definitely get moving in deep snow no problem, but it's a little too unstoppable in the snow, I would get snow tires if I had it another winter. Luckily a second set of wheels is included with sale.
Tires are at about 50%. Needs alignment. Haven't gotten it done, because I rarely drive it.
