They bought the RAV4 from the original owner, a cardiac care nurse who drove it from home in McKinney to work at Baylor Heart Hospital in Plano. It now has slightly more than 114,000 miles on it, about a third of the miles that can be put on it with regular maintenance.
The drivetrain is the four-cylinder engine, which has a lifetime timing chain instead of a periodically- replaced belt, putting power to the front wheels through an automatic transmission. The engine has about 800 miles on a fresh oil change.
All tires are good, including the spare. The rear tires have about 1,000 miles on them from new.
Steering, brakes, windows, locks, and mirrors are all power-operated. The steering column tilts, and touch-button controls for the cruise control are mounted to the steering wheel. The factory radio has been replaced with a JVC touch-screen stereo featuring AM, FM, CD, Bluetooth, and SiriusXM capability. The vehicle comes with two keys, both having buttons for remote lock/unlock and panic.
The fabric interior is in good condition, no tears or holes. All factory carpeted floormats are present. The rear seats fold down to expand the rear cargo area.
All factory manuals and documents remain in the glovebox.
