The first owner of this car worked from home in Bellevue and I also worked from home even before the pandemic, thus the low mileage on the car. Even the mileage I have is used mostly for highway mileage driving back and forth between Olympia and Seattle.
I just got the car checked up from my trusted local car repair shop last week. I got a new battery installed (Interstate Battery: MTP-35 for $167.9 + labor which has 30 months warranty on it. I also replaced the Brake Master Cylinder (dealership-grade) for $433.88 + labor. There used to a small crack on the front windshield and I just got the entire front windshield replaced today (an extra $350+). I spent an extra $1,000+ so that the new owner will not have to worry about making any car repairs and will have the peace of mind that the car is in good shape.
The license tab expired last week and I have the new 2022 license tab on and the new owner does not have to worry about renewing the license tab for a full year.
This is an AWD with a Sports Trim. And this car is in great condition with minimal wear and tear. The car is sold on as-is condition.
