This one owner Genesis has 67,336 miles. The vehicle is originally from Texas and spent most of its life there. It is rust free and great care has been taken to keep it that way. It has been off street and/or garage kept the entire time. The vehicle is completely stock, there have been no performance or cosmetic customization. All maintenance was done (except for tires) at Hyundai dealerships, which can be seen in the Car Fax report. Maintenance was done according to the factory schedule. There have been no major accidents with the vehicle. The vehicle brake pads are brand new and the rotors are less than a year old. The all-season tires are in great condition as are the winter tires that are included. Radiator and Transmission fluid flushes were done in the last year as part of the 60k mile service. The engine, transmission, suspension, and brakes are in perfect condition with no leaks or problems. The interior is in very good shape, as is the exterior, with only minor cosmetic blemishes. There is a fully transferable aftermarket warranty that has a $50 deductible and covers everything except paint, wear parts, and accident damage. That warranty is good through 06/07/20 and should cover any issues you may have with the initial ownership of the vehicle. The vehicle also retains the original 10 year 100000 mile Hyundai powertrain warranty.

To test drive the vehicle you must have a valid U.S. state driver license and proof of insurance. These both must be in your own name. The Seller will make copies of this information, which will be destroyed if you do not purchase the vehicle. If you do not have both of those things then you may hear the engine run, but not much else. Payment will only be accepted in cash, PayPal, or bank cashier’s cheque.

In accordance with Illinois law, Seller will retain license plates. Buyer will have 24 hours to dive vehicle without plates as long as Buyer has the Title with them. Seller will immediately, upon sale of the vehicle, report the sale to the State of Illinois and City of Chicago. It is the Buyers responsibility to transfer the title, register the vehicle, obtain a Chicago wheel tax permit, insure the vehicle, and pay any applicable taxes or fees for such. The wheel tax sticker, plates, and iPass will remain with the Seller. The buyer will also be liable for the $50 warranty transfer fee for the extended warranty.
