This cargo van is more than-multi purpose, it is a very special cargo van!! This van was custom built for the agency that owned it! I immediately notice a lot of fine details and upgrades and I will do my best to describe them all.

There are six storage compartments on the outside of the truck. Two doors on each side fold down to create an outdoor work surface. The doors are lined in plastic to make the work surfaces easy to clean. The interior of these compartments are lined in a durable protective coating. There is a pass through to the inside work area in several of the outside compartments. The outer trim is an upgraded aluminum for added durability but not the extra weight.

The front mounted spare tire is one of my favorite features! It looks awesome and is very functional! First, it is the spare tire, but outside of that it looks cool, adds a layer of protection against impact and is mounted with a receiver so you can use that to mount a variety of items.

The truck comes equipped with a stainless steel sink and a gray water holding tank. It would be extremely easy to add a fresh water tank to make the sink fully functional. The prior owner only needed to use the sink for dumping. There are two large spotlights on the back of the truck that enable you to work after dark!

The interior work space is very roomy and the interior height gives plenty of space for the worker. The interior height of the workspace is ______, while the overall height of the vehicle is inches. There are four tinted windows in the work area that have screens and slide up to open. There is also a separate A/C in the work /area. The vehicle has an access door between the cab and work space. The rear door has a 70/30 split and has an additional window.

There are sooo many purposes this handsome vehicle could be used for. Any tradesman would be lucky to have this van! It would be great as a mobile pet grooming vehicle or a mobile lab, or anything you can dream up! The all white exterior will make it easy for you to add your logo.

We have had this vehicle fully mechanically inspected, evaluated, and a VA State Safety Inspection just performed without any issues. We have an independent repair facility check out our vehicles and do a pre-sale inspection. They take it a step further and check all the belts, hoses, fluids, take our vehicles on a test drive, and even features such as the radio and air conditioning.
