Used 2009 Scion XD - Runs well - 155k miles - cars & trucks - by owner -... for sale in San Jose, CA
Vehicle Description
The good:
- I bought this car at around 70,000 miles and have put mostly highway miles on this (currently about 155,*** miles on it)
- This has been well maintained (documented oil changes every 3,000 - 5,000 miles).
- The car passed smog last year and will not need to be smog tested for another year.
- Clean title, no accidents
- Brand new battery and serpentine belt.
- The interior is very nice after all these miles. Minor stains on the front seats but it is hardly noticeable.
- AC blows cold, heater keeps you warm.
- Great gas mileage (I got about 30 MPG throughout my time owning it).
- Tinted trunk and rear windows - it looks nice with the dark gray paint!
- Plenty of space for a compact car. I have moved houses in SF and been able to comfortably go camping/day trips with this car.
To be aware of:
- The AC control knob LIGHT needs to be replaced. The AC still works and you can adjust the temperature, but you will just need to know where the knob is.
- The registration needs to be renewed in December. I have already lowered the price for this.
- The paint on the roof is starting to peel. I have already lowered the price because of this (price adjusted to "fair" condition as defined by KBB)
- Minor cosmetic dings from parking this car in San Francisco for 5 years. Again, I have lowered the price to account for this!
