Used 2009 Chevy Cobalt LT Couple 5spd - cars & trucks - by owner -... for sale in Lanoka Harbor, NJ
Vehicle Description
The good: Runs, starts, drives, excellent. You can drive this car daily. It has always been reliable. Newer tires, good brakes, newer clutch, newer alternator, newer belts, hoses, thermostat and housing, water pump, etc. Mechanic in the family has cared for it.
The bad:
1. Needs two front TPMS sensors. They're cheap (like $25/ea, look it up), but you need to take the tire off, so you'd usually get them done when you get new tires.
2. Inspection was up in March, then COVID happened and she didn't take it through. It's not throwing any codes right now, so don't see why it wouldn't pass. I've heard they don't fail you on TPMS warnings, but I don't know for sure.
3. The interior is gray--it has stains, it has a few rips. It's not the prettiest to look at, but it hasn't been smoked in and it doesn't smell.
4. I have two keys and one fob. Fob has never worked to my knowledge. No idea why, so it's key only.
5. My brother put an aftermarket exhaust on it. No leaks, but it sounds tuned up. Not bad, not that loud, just not stock.
$2000 or B/O. I don't want it sitting here all winter not being driven. A great first car or daily commuter. Gets awesome mpg. It runs and drives right. Kindly don't came at me if you can't drive stick, or make plans to bring someone who can if you dont.
